Creating Your Account

Most people join Meteora Mastery through their organisation, by invitation. If you're joining on your own rather than through an organisation, see Signing Up on Your Own below.

Accepting Your Invitation

When your organisation's administrator (or the Meteora Mastery team) invites you, you'll receive an invitation email from Meteora Mastery.

1. Open the invitation email and click Accept Invitation.
2. Enter your full name and choose a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
3. Type the password again to confirm it, then click Create account.

Your account is ready straight away. Because the invitation was sent to your email address, your account is already verified, so there's no verification email to wait for. Click Sign in and use the email address the invitation was sent to and the password you chose. Your organisation's administrator never sees your password.

If Your Invitation Doesn't Work

• Link expired or not working? An invitation is valid for 7 days and can be used only once. Ask your organisation's administrator to send you a new one.
• Received more than one invitation? Use the most recent one.
• Already accepted it? Your account already exists, so sign in instead.
• Can't find the email? It comes from Meteora Mastery, so search your inbox for that name and check your spam or junk folder. If it isn't there, ask your administrator to check the email address they used.

Signing Up on Your Own

You can sign up on your own only while individual sign-up is open. To check, click Sign Up in the navigation bar. If it's open, you'll see the Create your account form. If it isn't, you'll see Registration is by invitation instead: if your organisation uses Meteora Mastery, ask your administrator for an invitation, or click Request a demo to talk to our team.

When the sign-up form is available:

1. Enter your full name and email address, and choose a password (the same password rules apply).
2. Type the password again to confirm it, then click Create account.
3. Open the verification email from Meteora Mastery and click the link to verify your account. The link is valid for 24 hours, and you can't sign in until your email is verified.

Can't find the verification email? Check your spam or junk folder. You can request a new link from the Check your email page shown after you sign up, or from the sign-in page when you try to sign in.

Signing In

Sign in with your email address and password. You'll be taken to your personalised Home dashboard. If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.

First-Time Setup

On your first visit, you'll see a short setup wizard that helps us personalise your experience. You can:

• Set your learning goal (start a career, change career, grow in your role, or just explore)
• Tell us your current role and experience level
• Choose your interested domains (up to 4)
• Set your weekly learning time, preferred difficulty, and preferred format

You can skip this and update it later from Settings > Learning, where you can also set a target role.
