Subscription & Billing
Free Plan
If you joined through your organisation, your access is set by your organisation's agreement and there is nothing to pay. Ask your administrator about your plan. The rest of this article covers individual accounts.
The Free plan includes:
- Browse the full course catalogue
- Enrol in up to 3 courses
- Every learning feature: narrated lectures, quizzes, the Q&A assistant, skills tracking and SkillPulse
- Earn certificates for completed courses
- 1 SkillPulse streak freeze a week
Pro Plan
Pro changes two things:
- Enrol in as many courses as you like
- 3 SkillPulse streak freezes a week instead of 1
Managing Your Subscription
Pro subscribers can manage their subscription from the user menu > Manage Subscription, or from Settings > Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can:
- View your current plan and billing cycle
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
After Cancelling
If you cancel Pro:
- Your current billing period continues until it expires
- After expiry, you revert to the Free plan
- Your progress, certificates, and data are kept
- Courses you are already enrolled in stay available, but you can't enrol in new ones beyond the free limit of 3
